At Carbonvex, we specialize in carbon credit projects, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. We operate in both voluntary and regulated carbon markets, ensuring compliance with international certification standards and alignment with the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement, while promoting a more sustainable future.
We provide innovative investment solutions focused on green technology and sustainable development, addressing the major challenges faced by modern society, including climate change and global warming. We are engaged in REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) carbon credit projects, which generate certified carbon assets by preventing carbon stored in native forests from being released into the atmosphere as a result of deforestation or forest degradation. Carbonvex operates across projects involving JI, CDM, ITMOs, and A6.4ERs. Our most important commitment is to keep forests standing, combining environmental conservation with support for local communities.
Measure: Methodologically quantify the greenhouse gas emissions associated with a product or process (carbon footprint).
Reduce: Define and implement concrete measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions directly at the source.
Contribute: Support, through the acquisition of certified carbon credits, projects that generate CO₂ emission reductions or removals outside the company’s own value chain, helping to compensate for residual emissions that cannot yet be eliminated.

We offer solutions for ESG — Environmental, Social and Governance — projects, with a focus on corporate sustainability, sustainable development, social and environmental responsibility, climate change and decarbonization. Our approach is aligned with the principles of the circular economy, biodiversity conservation, environmental, social and governance risk management, as well as the implementation of sustainability policies at global, national and regional levels. Within this scope, we are actively engaged in carbon credit projects. For a project’s emission reductions to be converted into carbon credits, they must be verified by independent third-party entities in accordance with internationally recognized methodologies. Over the years, the voluntary carbon market has developed rigorous standards to ensure transparency, accurate accounting and the demonstration of additionality — that is, evidence that the climate benefit would not have occurred without the implementation of the project — while also taking into account the associated social and environmental benefits. The projects developed within our portfolio adhere to the principles of additionality and associated social benefits, as they deliver measurable improvements compared with the relevant baseline scenario. The revenue generated through the sale of carbon credits can make a significant contribution to enabling and implementing these initiatives. CO₂ emission reduction and removal projects should also promote the environmental, social and economic sustainability of the territories in which they are developed, creating employment opportunities for local communities, improving living conditions, and introducing new skills, expertise and technologies. We support our partners throughout a structured development process, which may also be implemented through joint-venture arrangements. The process begins with a preliminary assessment of emissions and the identification of appropriate measures to reduce them. Only after this stage — and exclusively in relation to residual emissions — do we support the acquisition of certified carbon credits as a complementary climate contribution. Such credits are never intended to replace direct emission-reduction measures or the implementation of new projects designed to achieve effective and measurable decarbonization.
